A pristine beach, hammocks to laze in, and a beach bar to quench your thirst from the Thai sun – what’s not to love about that! Mumsa Beach Resort & Spa is a just the right place if you’re looking for a secluded break, or even just to stay there for a night whilst passing through.

It was my second time staying at the resort, and for good reason. The service is personalized and attentive, the view you wake up to (especially if you choose the Beachfront Bungalow) and delectable breakfast is what makes this lade back resort an ideal choice.

Besides relaxing at the beach, they also offer kitesurfing. If you aren’t that adventurous, but still want to keep fit, then there’s an outdoor gym on the sand with some some equipment. I also believe they can arrange a private BBQ for you.

Beachfront Bungalow

It’s definitely worth paying the little bit extra for this room type. You’ll be able to enjoy view of the Gulf of Thailand from your bed or patio.

Garden Bungalow

If you prefer something a bit more closed off, then the Garden Bungalow is also a good option. The size between the Beachfront Bungalow and Garden Bungalow is not that much different.
